HOT ROAST CARVERY MENU
The Hot Roast Carvery Menu is fantastic during the cooler months of the year, or for the formal dinner occasion. Christmas in July being a particular favourite with many groups using it as an opportunity for fund raising as well as a great meal and get together. Idaho Potatoes & Honey Carrots, Peas and Cauliflower in cheese sauce, all tastes can be catered for.
Annette can prepare the most delicious vegetable offerings, all kept warm via Bain Marie's and portable heating units. The alternate Meal Deal offers a budget price alternative to the normal Hot Roast Carvery and still gives your Guest the same quality food.
Soup is an optional extra with a choice of four varieties:
Creme of Chicken, Spring Vegetable, Minestrone and Pumpkin offered with freshly buttered Breadstick slices.
Desserts, the favorite end to any function, with a range including Pavlova, Cheesecake, Fresh Fruit Salad and cream, or Apple Strudel, you can select any two to compliment the Roast your guests have enjoyed.
Buttered bread sticks and condiments to compliment your selected Roasts including Gravy, Sour Cream, Mustard, Apple Sauce, Mint Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Salt and Pepper provide the "extras" that are included with every meal.
STAINLESS STEEL KNIFE AND FORK, are supplied for every Hot Carvery Meal, and as well as Serviettes with your choice of colour supplied as part of the function.
Complimentary Tea and Coffee (you supply the hot water), Milk, Sugar and disposable cups complete the function.
